Outside Bahrain, please contact us to know the delivery availability and additional fees (if any).
- Delivery Times
Orders are delivered within 3-4 working days of order confirmation.
In case of urgent orders, express delivery service can be provided upon request for an additional fee. - Delivery Fees
Within Bahrain, the fee is determined according to the location or if it is free.
Outside Bahrain: The fee is determined based on the distance and location of the customer.
- Delivery Terms
Accurate and complete addresses must be provided to facilitate the delivery process.
If the customer is not available at the specified delivery time, the delivery will be rescheduled once at no additional charge.
In case of re-delivery more than once, additional fees may apply.
- Order Tracking
Customers can track the status of their order via the order tracking link or by contacting the customer service team. - Return and exchange of delivered orders
In case of any problem with the delivered product (manufacturing defect or order error), please contact us immediately within 3-5 days from the date of receipt.
